Our skilled nursing facility appointed Michael Gallagher, DO<\/a>, as director of its newly introduced Neuro Recovery Program<\/a>. Our 200-bed skilled nursing facility located at 255 East Main Street in Moorestown provides post-hospital care, short-term\u202frehab\u202fand long-term residential care.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Board certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology, Dr. Gallagher is affiliated with Cooper University<\/a> Health Care\u2019s divisions of neurology and physical medicine and rehabilitation. He also serves as the assistant professor of neurology at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University<\/a>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Cambridge\u2019s Neuro Recovery Program is designed to assist the facility\u2019s long-term and subacute populations, specifically those affected by neurologically disabling conditions, in improving abilities and returning to their most-optimal functional levels. <\/span>The specialized initiative focuses on balance, speech, memory and pain management, as well as swallowing and proper nutrition. Patients receive an individualized recovery plan to address their needs, including a return to more routine daily functions, such as sitting, walking, dressing and showering.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
